Remote Assistance

Apantac Technical Support can provide remote assistance using TeamViewer.

This will require a computer that can;
   • run our software,
   • connect to the product,
   • and connect to the internet at the same time.

If you anticipate the remote session may require considerable time you are advised to email us to arrange a pre-scheduled date and time.

NOTE:
We have a paid commercial license to use Team Viewer for technical support purposes. Unfortunately the license is for a specific version of Team Viewer. To work with us, you will need to download and run this version. Don't worry, you don't need to uninstall your version. In fact you don't even need to install our version. Our download is a one-time, run-only version and does not install on your system. You are required to first exit your current version of Team Viewer, if you have one installed and running, prior to running ours.
